  • Additional guest over 100 guests - $15/guest (Max 120 guests)
  • Server $150 (required 1 extra server over 100 guests)

Deposit: $1000
Security Deposit:
  • Non-Alcohol Event: $500
  • Alcohol Event: $1000

E-Transfer to scarborougheventcentre@gmail.com alongside event date, full name and phone number on the etransfer

Payment:

Balance is due 48 hours before event date. E-transfer + HST

Cancellation Policy:

No refund on deposit. (Only exception is if there are new city restrictions in regards to Covid that does not permit any venuw to be open)

Additional Information:

Client must remove all items that was brought to the event. Any vendors that are hired must remove all items before the event is finished. Scarborough Event Centre is not responsible for any items left behind. Nothing is allowed to be taped, glued or nailed to wall, ceiling and floor.
